I love this wedding invitation set because of the down to earth, natural feel of the vibrant leaf green and chocolate brown. A lacy damask border adds a suggestion of vintage embellishment, seamlessly tying intricate ornamentation with an earthy sensibility. Suggestions: Order this invitation on felt paper for an old-fashioned, tactile texture – or on recycled paper, for some environmental love!

I love Aubergine. Some may call it eggplant, some deep purple, some grape – I like “Aubergine” – it’s French! Aubergine was the color of the first wedding logo I ever designed, and somehow it has never left me. Its floral connotations make it suitable for spring and summer, while the deep, subtle richness of the color makes it perfect for fall and winter. Aubergine pairs well with cream, white and black.
Pictured here with a classic wedding logo from the Forever Logos collection.

A swirly, graceful script monogram initial B is paired with the names of an engaged couple in all-capital, Roman style font. This wedding logo is understated in its simplicity, which allows it a certain light, nimble elegance.
This logo, from the Forever Logos Classic collection, is pictured here against a textured, cream parchment background, in the deep brown of aged ink.
I just received 10 samples of the wedding invitations I designed for Zazzle.com, and I LOVE THEM! I think they look wonderful! I chose linen as the paper for these, and I love the feel and texture of them.
The linen paper is so crisp and clean, and the printing is impressively sharp, even on textured paper! They look so fancy and classy; I am really pleased. I think the background pattern, repeating and varying arcs of tiny dots, works really well here too.
From the product description:
Elegant and intricate script spell out a couple’s names and wedding venue with young, fresh asymmetry in this classy wedding invitation. Classic block font relates the details, against a whimsical background of repeated arcs, evocative of waves and seashells, softly fashioned from tiny dots.

Brenda Palmer came to me looking for a reasonably priced logo she could use for her destination weddings and honeymoons business: TPI Dream Destination Travel Services. She liked one of Forever Logos’ pre-designed “fun” logo, so this is what we came up with for her:
And she loved it! Here’s what she said: “I really really like it! It looks awesome! Let me know what else we need to do…I can’t believe I waited almost a year to get a freaking logo, I just kept thinking it was going to cost me an arm and a leg….and really this is quite reasonable.”
Thanks Brenda! I know you love your new logo since it’s your facebook profile pic. You were such a pleasure to work with and I wish you the best of luck.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. Love never fails.”
Excerpt from 1 Corinthians 13:4-8.
This wedding invitation opens with the classic biblical love quote, arranged in calligraphic script into a heart shape. I enjoyed trying my hand at more intricate typography, and I am pleased with the result!
On the other side, the wedding invitation wording is totally customizable by you and presented simply and elegantly in script and block text. The invitation is shown on shiny metallic silver paper. Other recommended colors are the metallic ice or champagne paper stocks, which are both a bit lighter (the champagne is warmer in color). This sweetly romantic wedding invitation is sure to make your guests smile.
Also, please note that this design is available in any color. Just go to the product page, change the background color of the front side, and change the text color on the back side. (For more information on this process see a previous post illustrating how to custom zazzle invitations.)
